Terms and Conditions for Internet Services
By subscribing to and using the internet services provided by Fil Products | Fil Products Service Television Inc. | NEGROS ("the ISP"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
The ISP offers internet access services, including but not limited to broadband, Wi-Fi, and related services. The specific details of the services, including speed, data limits, and fees, will be outlined in the service plan selected by the subscriber.
The ISP may conduct routine maintenance that may result in temporary service interruptions. The ISP will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruptions and provide advance notice when possible.
The ISP reserves the right to terminate services for any violation of these Terms and Conditions. The subscriber may also terminate services by providing notice in accordance with the service agreement.
The ISP reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Subscribers will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dumaguete City.
